SCEDA wants to thank all of those that have expressed interest in running with the SCEDA / Terminator Blocks Clutches Junior Dragster program for the last several years.  I know many of you have been on the wait list for a very long time.  We had numerous races when we thought the field was full, only to have no shows for the race weekend.  In an effort to open up the field to as many junior racers who want to run with us, we are making changes to the wait list policy.

New this year, the 32 season participants will have until 2 weeks before each race weekend to send in their checks.  If they are not received by that date, their spot will open up and become available for that weekend.  I will take pre entries by mail only to SCEDA PO Box 112 Wrightwood, CA 92397-0112.

Open spots will be awarded based on the date checks are received until the spots are full.  If you send in a check and a spot is not open, I will return the check to you.  For those of you who have not run with us before, entry fees for SCEDA juniors are $45 per day if paid in advance to SCEDA ($60 if paid at the track), plus the daily track tech card fee paid to the track the day of entry.  I am strictly limited to 32 cars and can not have any more than that running with us at our events and test and tune is not available.  If you have any questions, I can be reached at race@sceda.com or 888-488-RACE (7223).

Thank you again for your interest and support of SCEDA.  I hope that these changes make it a lot easier for all of us and alleviate some of the frustration for those that have been on the wait list for so long.  My goal for 2010 is to have full 32 car fields at each event so that as many that want to race with us are able to do so.
